Email hello@postweavers.com and you'll hear back from the person who built PostWeavers, usually within one business day. Include your Chrome version and a screenshot if something looks broken; if it's a billing question, the email on your Google sign-in is all we need.
Sign-in uses your Google account and only exists to sync settings and your voice profile. If the popup closes without signing you in, check that popups aren't blocked for the extension, then try again from the Settings tab.
Cloud Pro is billed by Stripe. Cancel any time from Manage billing in the extension's settings; it opens Stripe's secure portal where you can also change cards or download invoices. New Cloud Pro subscriptions have a 7-day refund window: email us within 7 days of your first charge and we'll refund it, no questions asked.
Open Settings and click Learn my voice after you've scrolled X for a bit (it learns from your own recent posts). The style guide it produces is editable: if a draft feels off, tweak the profile text directly and the next draft follows it.
Free mode needs an Anthropic or OpenAI API key. Paste it in Settings; it's stored only in your browser and calls go straight from your device to the provider. If drafting fails with a 401, the key is wrong or expired. A 429 means the provider is rate-limiting you; wait a moment and retry.
No, and it can't. PostWeavers only writes drafts; you press X's own Post button every time. More on why in why not automation.
