These terms govern the PostWeavers browser extension, the PostWeaver Cloud service, and postweavers.com (together, the "Service"). By installing the extension or using the Service, you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

1. What the Service is, and what it isn't

PostWeavers is a drafting tool. It helps you compose replies and posts for X (Twitter) in your own voice. It presents drafts to you; you review, edit, and publish them. The Service does not post, reply, like, follow, repost, or message on your behalf, and does not schedule or automate any engagement. You are the author and publisher of everything you post.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 13 years old (and at least the minimum age required to use X in your jurisdiction). If you are under 18, you need a parent or guardian's permission.
Signing in with Google creates an account keyed to your identity. You're responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access to your Google account secure.
You may use the Service only in connection with X accounts you own or are authorized to operate.

3. Your relationship with X and with model providers

PostWeavers is an independent product. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by X Corp. "X" and "Twitter" are trademarks of their owners.
Your use of X remains governed by X's own terms and rules. You're responsible for what you post there. PostWeavers is designed so that drafting assistance stays on the right side of X's automation rules, but your account and your conduct are yours.
Bring-your-own-key mode: requests go directly from your browser to Anthropic or OpenAI using your key. Your use of those APIs is governed by the provider's terms, and their charges are billed to you by the provider. Keep your key secret; you're responsible for charges incurred with it.
Cloud mode: drafts are generated through our backend using our model access, subject to fair-use limits (see §5).

4. Plans, billing, and refunds

Free: the extension with your own API key, at no charge from us, with a limited Cloud allowance where offered.
PostWeaver Cloud Pro: $12/month (plus applicable taxes), billed by our payment processor, Stripe. We never see your card number.
Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled. Cancel any time in the billing portal; you keep Pro until the end of the paid period, then drop to the free tier. No partial-month proration.
Refunds: if Cloud Pro isn't working out, email hello@postweavers.com from the address you paid with. We offer a full refund of your most recent monthly charge, no questions asked, within 7 days of that charge. Refunds beyond that are at our reasonable discretion.
We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice; changes apply from your next billing cycle.

5. Fair use of Cloud

Cloud plans include daily draft limits (shown in the product) to keep the service fast and affordable for everyone. We may adjust limits, throttle, or suspend accounts whose usage patterns indicate abuse: scripted access, quota gaming, key sharing, or resale. The extension is for human, interactive use.

6. Acceptable use

Your use of the Service must follow our Usage Policy, which is part of these terms. In short: no spam, no platform manipulation, no harassment or unlawful content, no attempts to break or resell the Service.

7. Your content and data

Your drafts are yours. We claim no ownership of the text you write or generate, your persona, or your voice profile.
You grant us the limited license needed to operate the Service (for example, transmitting your prompt to a model provider and returning the draft, and storing your settings so they sync).
AI output can be wrong, generic, or similar to output generated for others. Review everything before you post it. You're responsible for what you publish.
Data handling is described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Our intellectual property

The Service (including the extension code, the PostWeavers name and mark, and the site) is owned by Treezy Technologies Inc or its licensors. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the extension for its intended purpose. Don't copy, modify, resell, or redistribute the Service except as allowed by law or an explicit license from us.

9. Termination

You can stop using the Service any time: uninstall the extension, cancel billing, and (optionally) ask us to delete your synced data.
We may suspend or terminate access (including Cloud) for material breach of these terms or the Usage Policy, for non-payment, or if required legally. Where practical we'll notify you first. If we terminate Cloud Pro without cause, we'll refund the unused portion of your current period.

10. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, THAT DRAFTS WILL BE ACCURATE OR SUITABLE, OR THAT USE OF A DRAFTING TOOL GUARANTEES ANY OUTCOME ON X (INCLUDING FOLLOWER GROWTH OR IMMUNITY FROM X'S OWN ENFORCEMENT DECISIONS).

11. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW: (a) WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR ACCOUNT STANDING ON THIRD-PARTY PLATFORMS; AND (b) OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF US$50 OR THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM. SOME JURISDICTIONS DON'T ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS, SO PARTS OF THIS SECTION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

12. Indemnity

You'll defend and hold us harmless from claims arising out of content you publish, your violation of these terms or the Usage Policy, or your violation of third-party rights or platform rules, except to the extent caused by our own breach of these terms.

13. Changes to the Service or these terms

We're a young product and the Service will evolve; features may change or be discontinued. We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced on this page (and by email or in-product notice for Cloud subscribers) at least 14 days before taking effect. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the updated terms.

14. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflicts-of-law rules. Before filing any claim, contact us at hello@postweavers.com. Most issues can be sorted out informally within 30 days. The state and federal courts located in Delaware have exclusive jurisdiction over any remaining disputes.
